During 2007 the Emerging Models Project, under the direction of Dr.Dean Hoge, Ph.D., conducted an online survey of active Catholics in their 20's and 30's. They were asked to tell us about their interest in ministry as a lay minister, priest, religious, or deacon. They had a lot to tell us! The future ministers and leaders of the Church are active NOW!

In 2007, Dr. Dean Hoge of the Catholic University of America conducted a study of young adults for the Emerging Models Project. Approximately 1300 Catholic young adults who are active in the practice of their faith were surveyed. Coming from 12 dioceses and 20 colleges, they responded to an online survey about their interest in ministry. Early findings have been released and are available here. More information will be forthcoming as it is made available.
