National Ministry Summit 1300 pastoral leaders and members of six national organizations gathered in Orlando in April 2008 to look at pastoral leadership today and discover the needs of tomorrow. Participants participated in Plenary Sessions and Action Groups focused on the primary areas of research in the Emerging Models Project. In these sessions participants developed, prioritized and voted on recommendations for the future development of pastoral leadership.
